With slight changes, cut-offs in first merit lists of various city colleges remain high for degree admissions.

The Mumbai University has decided to deploy women security guards in all its hostels round the clock. The decision has been taken following the alleged rape and murder of a boarder by a watchman at a girls’ hostel in Mumbai recently.
