JNVST Class 6 and 9 Result 2023 Declared: The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) on March 31 declared the results for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) for Class 6 and 9. Candidates who appeared for the JNVST Class 6 and 9 can check their results online at the official website – navodaya.gov.in.
JNVST result 2024 for Classes 6 and 9 is made available through the login window and in the form of region-wise merit lists as well. To check JNVST results, students need to use their roll number and date of birth. The list includes the selected student’s name, roll number, and other details.
JNVST Class 6 exam was conducted in two phases, November 4, 2023 (Phase 1) and January 20, 2024 (Phase 2) and Class 9 exam was conducted on February 10 and March 17 (Nainital, Uttarakhand).
After the declaration of the exam result, the parents of selected students will have to submit the required documents at respective JNVs.
Step 1: Go to the NVS official website – cbseit.in and navodaya.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the result 2024 link.
Step 3: Enter the credentials such as roll number, date of birth and click on submit
Step 4: Navodaya 6 and 9 class results will appear on the screen
Step 5: Save it and download it for future reference.
Selected students are required to submit all requested documents at respective JNVs. NVS will not provide the facility of re-evaluation of answer sheets, after the release of the result. Admission will be given to JNVs located in the district where the students are studying. Out of around 20 lakh, only around 50,000 students will be selected for admission in Class 6 and 9.
After the result, selected students need to finalise their admission by submitting documents and completing other formalities.

– Disability certificate for a specially-abled candidate
As per the JNVST, 75 per cent of the seats will be filled by students selected from rural areas of the district. The remaining 25 per cent of seats are open to be filled on merit from both urban and rural area candidates of the district and will be as per the existing reservation criteria.
