IP University introduces new MPharma programme, application underway

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has introduced a new M. Pharma programme for the 2024-25 academic session. The programme, offered at the Dwarka campus, has 60 seats and emphasizes advanced pharmaceutical sciences.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has introduced a new MPharma programme starting from the academic session 2024-25. The MPharma programme will be offered at the centre of excellence in pharmaceutical sciences (CEPS) at the Dwarka campus, with 60 seats available for aspiring students.

The admission process for the MPharma programme has already begun. Interested candidates can apply using the offline form available on the university’s website. The completed form, along with a demand draft of Rs 2,500 in favor of the Registrar, should be submitted at the University Facilitation Centre by August 14, 2024, up to 3 pm. Applicants are encouraged to check the detailed information available on the university’s official websites: ipu.ac.in and ipu.admissions.nic.in.

To be eligible for the MPharma programme, applicants must have a BPharma degree with a minimum of 55 per cent marks. Admissions will primarily be based on the merit of the marks obtained in the national level test, GPAT. In the event that there are not enough applicants with GPAT scores, admissions will be considered based on the marks obtained in the qualifying exam, B. Pharma.

The two-year MPharma programme aims to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical sciences.
