HPBOSE 2024 Class 10th Result: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education (HPBOSE) today announced the Class 10 result for the annual exams. Students who appeared for the exam can check their results at the official websites — hpbose.org and indianexpress.com.
The HP board Class 10 exam was held between March 2 and March 18 for around one lakh students. This year, the pass percentage for HPBOSE matric students is 74.61%.
This year, Ridhima Sharma has topped the matric exam with 99.86%. The second position is bagged by Kritika Sharma who got 99.71%.
A total of 91622 candidates registered for their HP Class 10 exam of which 91130 appeared. A total of 67988 students have passed the exam this year and 12613 have failed.
This year, a total of 44775 girls and 46847 boys have registered for the exam out of which 44559 girls and 46571 boys have appeared.
Although the Class 10 HPBOSE result can be downloaded and accessed from the official website today, students will have to collect the hard copies of the mark sheets and pass certificates from their respective schools soon after the declaration of the HPBOSE Class 10 result 2024.
Students not satisfied with their HP board matric exam results will have the option to apply for re-checking or re-evaluation of their answer scripts. Students need to fill out an online application form for re-checking or re-evaluation and pay the required application fee.
HP Board Class 10 students can apply for revaluation and re-verification till May 22.
Last year, the board declared the result on May 25. A total of 91,440 students appeared in the HPBOSE Class 10 exams last year and 81,732 passed. The pass percentage last year stood at 89.7 per cent. In 2022, over lakh students appeared for the class 10 board exams. The overall pass percentage was 87.5 per cent in 20222.
