GSEB 12th HSC 2023, GUJCET Result released

GSEB 12th HSC Result 2023: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Education Board (GSHSEB), state Education Minister Kuber Dindor and Minister of State for Education Praful Pansheriya Tuesday announced the HSC board exams 2023 results for the science stream. Students can check the result at the official websites – gseb.org. The board also declared GUJCET results on May 2.

This year, the overall pass percentage of class 12 science stream dropped from 72.02 to 65.58 per cent. Around 5.91 lakh students had registered for the HSC exams which was a five year high. The HSC exams were conducted between March 14 and March 25. 56 prison inmates also gave the HSC exams this year. 

GSEB 12th HSC Result 2023: Official website to check score

The GSEB HSC results will be out at 9 am on May 2. Students can check the result at the official website – gseb.org. They need to enter their registration number or roll number, email id and his or her name to check their result. The result will be displayed on the screen and the students can download the result and save it for future reference.

In 2022, HSC exams for the science stream started on March 28 and ended on April 8 whereas for the General, the exams started on March 28 but ended on April 12 and for the vocational stream exam started from April 4. The result was declared on May 2. 

In 2021, the exams were cancelled due to Covid-19 pandemic and the result was declared on the basis of the scores of class 10, 11 and 12.
