DU Recruitment 2024 Registration: The University of Delhi (DU) has started the application process for various non-teaching posts at its official website with a deadline of December 27. Candidates who are interested in applying for the position of assistant registrar, senior assistant and assistant can visit du.ac.in and click under ‘work with DU’ to fill out the application form.

The application fee for the post is Rs 1000 for general and unreserved categories, for females, OBC, and EWS the cost is Rs 800 and for SC, ST, and PwD the fee is Rs 600.
For the post of assistant registrar, interested candidates should have:
–A master’s degree with at least 55 per cent marks or an equivalent grade and should have an age limit of 40 years.
For the post of senior assistant, interested candidates should have:
–A bachelor’s degree from any recognized university or institution with three years’ of experience as an assistant or equivalent in Level 4. The experience should be in central, state, university, PSU or any autonomous body or private or corporate companies. The minimum annual turnover of a private or corporate company should be at least Rs 200 crores or more.
–The candidate should have proficiency in computer applications, noting and drafting etc with an age limit of 35 years.
For the post of assistant, interested candidates should have:
–A bachelor’s degree from any recognised university or institution with two years of experience as a junior assistant post in a university, research establishment, central, state, PSU, autonomous body or private or corporate companies. The minimum annual turnover of a private or corporate company should be at least Rs 200 crores or more.
–Speed in English Typing @ 35 wpm or Speed in Hindi Typing @ 30 wpm with an age limit of 32 years.
The selection process for all three posts differs but all the candidates have to undergo three stages: Prelims, and Mains followed by an interview or personality test. The syllabus of the positions also differs for every post. The duration of each exam is 2 hours.
The syllabus of the prelims for all the posts includes general knowledge, reasoning and mathematical ability, and administration of higher educational institutions, but the total marks differ. Candidates are advised to visit the selection process document mentioned on the official website.
