The result was announced via press conference at 12 noon. Students who appeared for the Class 10, 12 exams can check the results at the official website – cgbse.nic.in, results.cg.nic.in.
The board recorded an overall pass percentage of 75.05 per cent in class 10 and 79.96 per cent in Class 12. Rahul Yadav topped the high school exams while Vidhi Bhonsle emerged as Class 12 topper.

Last year, the Chhattisgarh board recorded an overall pass percentage of 74.23 per cent in Class 10, and 79.03 per cent for Class 12.
However, the pass percentage in 2021 was 100 per cent, which was a direct result of cancellation of exams. Due to Covid pandemic, the 2021 exams were cancelled and students were graded on the basis of their performance during online classes. They were given assignments during the online classes, which were graded.

Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education (CGBSE) published the results for Class 10 and 12 on May 10. Students can now apply for re-verification till May 25 by paying the stipulated fees. No request for re-verification will be entertained after May 25.
Chhattisgarh Board of Secondary Education had set up a helpline for students to deal with stress as well as career counselling after results. The helpline was active from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. Candidates and their guardians asked various questions regarding the career of the candidate. 200 calls were received by the counsellor today
As per the CGBSE results which were announced by state School Education Minister Premsai Singh, the pass percentage for the Class 12 exam stood at 79.96, while it was 75.05 for Class 10. The CGBSE results are slightly better than that of last year.
In the Class 12 exam, girls recorded a pass percentage of 83.64 and it was 75.36 for boys. Similarly, girls fared well with 79.16 per cent of them clearing the Class 10 exam, compared to 70.26 per cent of boys emerging successful.

A total of 1286 Class 10 students and 1913 Class 12 students earned extra marks for participating in extracurricular activities. However, this year the board decided not to add these marks while calculating the final percentage.

In Class 10, girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 79.16 per cent while boys secured 75.26 per cent. The total pass percentage was 75.05 per cent. The total number of registered students was 3,37,569 out of which 3,30,681 appeared for the exam. A total of 2,47,721 students cleared the exam. Out of the total students who cleared the exam, 1,09,903 students secured first division, 1,19,901 students secured second division and 17,914 students got third division.
In Class 12, the pass percentage of girls is 83.64 per cent, while for boys it is 75.86 per cent. The overall pass percentage is at 79.96 per cent. A total of 3,28,121 students registered for the exam out of 3,23,625 students appeared for the exam. A total of 2,58,500 students cleared the exam.

In CGBSE Class 12 results, a total of 87,140 students secured first division, 1,45,965 students got second division and 25,377 students got third division
As many as 1286 high school students and 1913 highest secondary students earned bonus marks for participating in extra-curricular activities this year. However, this year the board has decided to not add these marks in calculating the final percentage.

Along with the CGBSE Class 10, 12 results, the Chhattisgarh Board will also announce the names of Class 10 toppers, Class 12 stream-wise toppers as well as the top performing districts, girls and boys performance analysis and dates of supplementary exams.
Chhattisgarh Board CGBSE Class 10 and 12 students who will be unhappy with the result will be given an opportunity to appear for supplementary exams. Students who fail in one or more subjects can also appear in supplementary exams
The Chhattisgarh Board will launch a helpline drive between May 10 and May 18 for students distressed due to board results or seeking career counselling and guidance. The announcement of the helpline number will be made in the press conference today.
The CGBSE Class 10 board exams this year were held from March 2 to March 24 from 9 am to 12:15 pm. The Class 12 or Higher Secondary exams were held from March 1 to March 31. Students were given additional fifteen minutes time to read the question paper.
