Candidates now have time till 5:59 pm of August 14 to finalise their payment against the second list.

Similarly, the first list was originally scheduled to release on August 5 but was delayed due to technical glitches in the website/ admission portal, and was released on August 7. After that, students were given time till August 8 to complete their payment against the first list.

After publication of results for first round of UG admissions, representations were received from candidates complaining the non-allotment of seats in their preferred programmes in spite of having “higher merit” than the first round cut-offs, the varsity notified.

“Due to unavoidable reasons, the B. Voc. (Bachelor of Vocation) course offered at the Faculty of Arts (Main Campus) shall not be running for the academic year 2023-24. Registration fee paid by the candidates shall be refunded in due course. However, the B-Voc. course at Rajiv Gandhi South Campus (BHU), Barkachha will run as declared,” the varsity said.
