Anna University: Exams cancelled again

Due to severe flood in Tamil Nadu, Anna University has cancelled all the examinations which were scheduled between December 4 and Dec 10. The new date sheet is expected to release soon.

As per the information, the Anna University exams will be conducted not before January 2016. The exams were initially scheduled between Nov 23 and 28. But due to heavy rainfall, it was postponed for Dec 4.

The official notification from the University states — It is informed that Theory Examinations scheduled for certain dates of November/December 2015 Examinations of Anna University pertaining to all Affiliated Colleges for the UG and PG Degree Programmes are rescheduled due to inclement weather. This may please be brought to the notice of the students, staff and all concerned.

The 36th Convocation of Anna University scheduled to have been conducted on Dec 11 is postponed too. The revised date will be informed later.
