RBSE BSER Rajasthan Class 10 result 2016 to be declared on June 18 @ rajresult.nic.in rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in

The Board has over 6,000 schools affiliated with it across 32 district in the state. In 2000, about 8.5 lakh students were enrolled in these schools at the class 10 and class 12 levels.

The Board was established under the Rajasthan Secondary Education Act, 1957. It was first configured first on Jaipur on December 4, 1957 and later shifted base to Ajmer four years later.

It had seven ex-officio members, including the Vice Chairman, a chairman, seven elected members, 17 nominated members by the state government, two nominated members by the speaker legislative assembly and two co-opted members.

The state government of Rajasthan is responsible for appointing the chairman while the Director of Secondary Education is the Vice Chairman and the ex-officio member of the Board. The usual time period of the tenure enjoyed is three years. The state government also appoints the Board Secretary.
