Delhi Confidential: Union Minister Hardeep Puri participates in bhoomi pujan of RSS tribal wing office

WITH TELE-MEDICINE getting established in the country during the pandemic, the Centre launched a mental health helpline last year to make care more accessible. In just about a year, the 24×7 helpline has received 100,000 calls. The programme is already active across 27 states and Union Territories, with 1,600 trained counsellors providing support in 20 languages. The programme also aims to create not just the digital network, but also link it to existing mental healthcare services.
