South Korea’s Ambassador to India, Chang Jae-bok, remained the star attraction at the just-concluded G20 Tourism Working Group meeting in Srinagar. On the inaugural day, he shook a leg with actor Ram Charan on Naatu Naatu, the song from the film RRR that bagged an Oscar award recently, and on the concluding day, he was quite vocal in supporting India's presidency of G20. He said, “Right now, India is the fifth biggest economy and will become the third biggest economy very soon. We hope that India and Korea will continue to have good relations.” Incidentally, as an ambassador, he was also the highest-level representation by a G20 member-state at the meet. Promoting Other RRR The Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry’s three-week campaign to promote recycling through RRR — reduce, reuse, recycle — centres got a boost from actor Shilpa Shetty on Thursday. She posted a tweet extolling the benefits of recycling, while the official Swachh Bharat Mission-Urban Twitter handle posted a video of Shetty pledging support to the campaign by going to the nearest RRR centre to donate clothes, shoes, books and other unused items. Since it was launched on May 15, the campaign has led to more than 12,000 such centres being set up by municipalities.
