14 injured as bus hits truck
A bus carrying 50 students of a polytechnic college in Mumbai returning after a Pune tour,hit a truck on the old Pune-Mumbai Highway at 5 pm on Saturday. The bus and the truck toppled,injuring 12 students,besides the driver and cleaner of the truck,police said. Khadala police said students of Vartak Polytechnic College in Mumbai were in the bus that rammed into a truck from behind after the sharp turn near Dasturi police chowky,after its brakes reportedly failed.
