Stage stoppers

When Sai Kumar was pulled up on stage,during the concert he couldn’t believe his luck. Dazed but happy,Kumar sang ‘I like it’ and ‘Stand by me’ with Enrique. “You sing my song better than me,” the pop star said to him. “I still can’t believe it. My dream has come true,” says Kumar,adding,“Later,when I got off the stage,all the girls came around me and took pictures with me and asked for my number.”

The second lucky fan pulled on stage was Vinamrata Agnihotri. Not only did he sing ‘Hero’ but also kissed her. As he embraced her and sang to her,however,Agnihotri’s eyes were searching the audience. “I had a feeling I would be called onstage and I had told my boyfriend about my hunch. When it actually happened,I was looking for him,” she says shyly,adding, “I did not expect him to kiss me. I was shocked momentarily and then it struck me –– ‘Oh my God! Enrique just kissed me!’ It was amazing.”
