Audi quattro Cup 2009 is set to enthrall golf enthusiasts in Pune today at Poona Golf Club. The second season of the amateur golf tournament in five cities in India kick started in February at Chandigarh and has r over 400 corporate captains and business leaders participating so far this year. Audi quattro cup that ranks among the biggest and most popular amateur golf tournaments will feature 500 golf enthusiasts across Chandigarh,New Delhi,Mumbai,Pune and Bangalore. The winners of the Pune leg will compete against the finalists from the other cities at the Indian finals of the Cup,in October . The team that wins the Indian finals will head to New South Wales Golf Club in Sydney,for the 19th world finals in December.

Reciting some of his favourite poems,Mohan Joshi did the first recording,inaugurating the TIME studio at Karvenagar. Directors of TIME Studio,Puja & Pradeep Giri along with Sanjay Dole were also present on the occasion. With innovative acoustics and sound coming from over 18 different locations the audio section is equipped with the PROTOOLS HD 7.4 Surround Sound system for audio recording,dubbing,background music,and so on. Spread across spacious 2000 square feet it has been designed by Pradeep Giri,a ,who has an experience of having deigned over 34 studios and 400 auditoriums.

Rejoice with ragas
The versatile vocalist and exponent with a large collection of both common and uncommon Ragas. Pandit Sharad Sutaone ,will be performing in the city at Yashwantrao Chavan Natya Griha,Kothrud,today at 9.30pm. Pandit Sutaone will be accompanied by Arvind Thatte,senior harmonium artist and Arvind Kumar Azad,noted tabla player. The programme will cover some difficult and famous traditional ragas composed by legendary Pt.Adv.Vishnu Narayan Bhatkhande,father of traditional classical music in India. Pt Sutaone will sing both classical and semi-classical bandish such as khayal,dadra and bhaktigeet in his unique style. The concert will also have Dhananjay Daithankar perform on santoor.
