Heavy rainfall and resultant waterlogging in parts of the city had an adverse impact on operations of PMPML as well. A spokesperson said that 260 of its scheduled trips were cancelled on Thursday morning. “We have 10,300 trips daily, of which 260 were cancelled. This could be because roads were blocked due to water, fallen tree branches or other obstacles,” said the spokesperson.
