PMPML begins bus service from Deccan Gymkhana to engg college

Chenthil Iyer, vice president of the party’s city unit, said that they had contacted the PMPML authorities after they realised the lack of public transport in this route despite a large passenger base.

Iyer had come to know of the situation from local activist Nishi Subramanyam and he immediately contacted PMPML administration officer Satish Gavane and PVPIT Educational Institute HOD Surendra Kokane.

Aam Aadmi Party workers decorated the bus Deccan bus stop and inaugurated it for the service of citizens.

Students as well as citizens thanked Aam Aadmi Party workers for starting the bus and wished Aam Aadmi Party.

AAP city president Sudarshan Jagdale said, “Public transport system is the right of common man. It should also be used by as many people as possible to reduce traffic congestion on the roads…”

Sudarshan Jagdale Chenthil Iyer, Aarti Karanjawane, Krunal Ghare, Kiran Kamble, Abhijeet Pardeshi Vikram Gaikwad and Chand Sheikh and other activists were present on the occasion of the inauguration of the bus.
