Koregaon Park Plaza is attempting to create a world record by creating the world’s largest chocolate modak. The modak will stand tall at four feet and frive inches and will weigh in at 250 kg. The modak will be open for viewing on Sunday at 5.30 pm.

Lazy Sunday Brunch

BISO – 24 X 7,a world-cuisine restaurant located on the old Mumbai on Pune Highway is hosting a sumptuous Sunday brunch. The ambiance is exotic and the restaurant proposes inviting vegetarian & Non-vegetarian meals. The menu comprises a host of starters followed by a large choice of salads and the buffet also includes live food counters with several options : pasta bar,salad bar,soup counter and live chat counter. To end the meal,there is also a wide variety of lip-smacking desserts. The buffet is open between 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM and offers one complimentary beverage.

Wining and dining

The Single Malt & Co. bar and lounge at the Hyatt Regency in Viman Nagar will host a South African Wine Dinner on October 4. The evening will begin at 7 pm with cocktails at the bar,and the meal will extend to four courses,each paired with wine. The wine list will include Chardonnay,Shiraz and Pinotage,among others. An expert will explain wine during the course of the dinner. The menu has been designed by Chef Luca Casini.

Truly Asian

Shakahari,the vegetarian restaurant at the Marriott Hotel and Convention Centre is hosting the Malaysian food festival at their premises till Sunday,September 30. The festival will feature a lot of traditional Malaysian dishes like the Satay,Otak Otak,Roti Cannai and also their national dish Nasi Lemak.
