MCCIA seminar on ‘continual improvement’

The Mahratta Chamber of Commerce,Industries and Agriculture (MCCIA) has organised a one-day workshop on ‘Continual Improvement by Lean Kaizen’ on Saturday,January 16 from 10 am-5 pm at MCCIA on Senapati Bapat Road. The topics that will be covered in this seminar are global competitiveness,customer focus,positive attitude and paradigm shift. Managers,executives,operators and department heads are expected attend the workshop. Cdr (Retd) A V Ghole,managing director,Drona Technologies,will be the faculty for this workshop.

In another venture,the MCCIA along with Talent India Educational Services (TIES) has organised a certificate course in travel and tourism enabling participants to achieve their goals and become a part of the growing travel and tourism industry. This course introduces and gives a broad understanding of the roles,functions and importance of the industry. The course contents include introduction to travel and tourism,tourist attractions,travel management,passport and visa,health and travel insurance and so on,said a press note.
