Indira Group to start global business school

Dr Asha Naik,who has an experience of heading global operations of one of the most prestigious Corporate Houses in the country for over two decades,will head this venture.

While sharing some of the important highlights of the program,Dr Asha Naik,dean,IGBS said that the program will have participation of international faculty members from various universities across the globe. It will also have a structured overseas visit,which will give students an opportunity to visit business houses,understand local cultures in addition to the lectures and course work. In order to increase international exposure of the students,IGBS has exclusively tied-up up with Global CEO Club,providing them with an opportunity to interact with Global Business Heads,Dr. Naik added.

Guided field visits to organizations,corporate mentoring,imparting knowledge about various countries by the experts,media and social responsibility projects are some of the other important features of the program.

This is a residential program and the all new state-of-the-art campus of IGBS has come up on the 3.5 acres plot at the picturesque location of Parandwadi on Pune – Mumbai Expressway. The campus has all the required facilities like internet enabled classrooms with all modern teaching aids,24 hours computer lab,library,modern gymnasium and qualified instructor,sports ground,hostel and multi-cuisine food court,said a press release.
