Stone Water Grill has launched a specially crafted menu this Christmas. Diners can choose from an overwhelming variety of soups,salads and appetizers like the roasted Beetroot Puree,Kokun and Sour cream,Tiger Prawn Carpaccio,Smoke Oyster,Monterey Jack and Scallion Souffle and Wood-fired Roasted Vegetable Shortcrust Pastry. For main course,one has the option to choose from Seared Red snapper and Olive salsa,Grilled Brazilian Tenderloin and Bourbon Mushroom Sauce among other dishes. Those with a sweet tooth can also gorge on Highland Cranachan with Whiskey & Honey Sauce and Raspberry Ice-cream and the Cherry Christmas Pudding and Baileys Irish Cream to complete the Christmas meal.
