Three students from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) cinematography students Akash Agrawal,Srijit Basu and G Balakrishna Sharma have won awards at the prestigious Fujifilm-Indradhanush awards in film making competition.

Three students from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) cinematography students Akash Agrawal,Srijit Basu and G Balakrishna Sharma have won awards at the prestigious Fujifilm-Indradhanush awards in film making competition. The awards,which were announced on Saturday saw Akash Agrawal win the honours in the Diploma Section for his work on the film Rizwan,while basu won the award in the short film competition for the film Prabhat Nagari Film 1. Agrawal and Sharma also won special acknowledgments for their films Sharma won the same for the movie Moon Stars Lovers. Rizwan is a film made by ex-student Deepti Khurana and stars FTII student Manish Gandhi in the title role. Moon Star Lovers has been made by direction student Jessica Sadana. Ace lensers G S Bhaskar and Santosh Thudiyil adjudged the cinematic superiority of the films as Jury members under the chairmanship of Barun Mukharjee.
