Netizens asked him as to why he omitted the name of Adani in the social media post.

Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, NCP (S-P) chief Sharad Pawar and industrialist Gautam Adani came together for a wedding in Lonavala on Wednesday.

”I attended the wedding of IPS officer Pravin Ramrao Pawar’s daughter Prajakta with Himanshu. I blessed the newlywed couple. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and party’s state chief Shashikant Shinde were also present,” said Sharad Pawar through a social media post. Netizens asked him as to why he omitted the name of Adani in the social media post.

Meanwhile, activist Vishwambar Choudhari said the photo of the wedding has gone viral. ”In the photo, it is seen that the Chief Minister is sitting on a chair while the industrialist (Adani) is sitting on the sofa. Adani seems to have become bigger than the system. He has insulted Maharashtra. The photo shows how much value Maharashtra has in front of Gujarat. We might have ideological differences with the Chief Minister, but Chief Ministerial post has some dignity. Adani should have been told about this,” he said.
