State board extends deadline for curriculum

PUNE: The Maharshtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has extended the deadline for sending suggestions on the state curriculum framework till October 15. The framework is available on the website http://www.msbshse.ac.in . The MSBSHSE has appealed to educationists to send suggestions on chairman@msbshse.ac.in or secretary@msbshse.ac.in . Suggestions can be sent by post to Secretary,MSBSHSE,Survey no. 832 A,final plot no. 178/179,Agharkar Road,near Balchitravani,Bhamburda,Shivajinagar,Pune – 411004.

Residents asked to clear BRTS route after court order

PUNE: THE PCMC has issued notices to over 1,500 families living along the proposed BRTS route starting from Kalewadi area to vacate the land. Civic chief Asheesh Sharma said several residents had gone to court against the PCMC’s land acquisition move. “The courts have vacated the stay and therefore we have issued notices to the residents to vacate the land,” he said.
