In the wake of chaos at during a rush for certificates at the citizens’ facilitation centre at the district collectorate, the district administration has decided to have the entire system online. Resident deputy collector Anil Pawar said a company would put up a website that will enable citizens to get details on filling forms and download forms, too,in eight days’ time.

From income statement certificate, creamy and non-creamy layered certificates all of the nine documents which are issued by the citizen’s facilitation centre will have all the details of the form filling up and the date of issual as declared by these centres. The district administration on Friday said they have cleared disbursing all the certificates till June 27. Pawar said they had entrusted the website to a private player. Meanwhile the 38 common service centres too will take on the responsibility of disbursing the certificates, thus reducing the workload of the collectorate.
On Tuesday there was chaos at CFC with some of the certificates being misplaced which saw the crowd get unruly which forced the administration to take police help. Senior administration officials maintain that people had rushed for creamy and non-creamy layer certificates. Pawar said that there was more staff being pulled in for attending to the disbursing of the documents and once the website takes off this will reduce the load of the administration.
