“The BA LLB revaluation results have not been released for the last two months. Still, the university is asking for exam fees for the next exams. How are students supposed to know which exam they should appear for?” asked Harshwardhan Harpude, city president of ABVP.
“For the last 10 days, we have been submitting letters and requests to the administration, but they are not giving us a solution. This is why we are forced to be here,” said Shantanu, another protester. He also said the students had paid fees for the next examination as they had no clarity on the results, and it should be refunded.
However, examination director Mahesh Kakde denied the protesters’ claims and said the results had been released. He asked the students to present their permanent registration numbers (PRN) and said he would gather the results. He also said the rescheduling of examinations during Diwali would be looked into.
