A 21-year-old youth was arrested by the Samta Nagar police on Sunday for allegedly raping a minor in Kandivali (East).

A 21-year-old youth was arrested by the Samta Nagar police on Sunday for allegedly raping a minor in Kandivali (East). The accused has been identified as Mahendra Chatur,a resident of Poisar,Kandivali (East). He had allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl at Bihar Tekadi in Poisar on Saturday.

According to Samta Nagar police officers,when the victim narrated the incident to her parents on Saturday,they lodged a complaint of rape.
