Uber allows Mumbai residents to travel with pets, Here’s how to book

Ride-hailing platform Uber has announced its Uber Pet service in Mumbai, allowing passengers to travel conveniently with their pets. The service is now available in three cities across India, including Mumbai, offering both on-demand and reserve options for riders.

Uber Pet enables pet owners to book a ride instantly or schedule one in advance, alleviating the challenges faced by pet lovers who have encountered bitter experiences while using public transport.

The service allows dogs, cats, and other pets to accompany their owners on trips, whether it is a visit to the vet, a pet-friendly park, or an outing in the city. The goal is to simplify travel for pet owners while ensuring comfort and convenience.

To book an Uber Pet ride, users need to enter their destination in the Uber app, select the Uber Pet window, review the details, and confirm their booking. Apart from Mumbai, Uber Pet service is available in Delhi and Bengaluru. With this expansion, Uber continues to enhance mobility solutions and cater to the needs of pet owners across India.
