Sea View continue winning streak

Bodyline succumbed to their first loss in the Mumbai District Football Association (MDFA) Women’s League this season as they finally met their match in another in-form team Sea View who won 2-1 at the St Xavier’s ground in Parel on Tuesday.

In-form striker Shalom Pinto was on target again for Bodyline but much to her team’s disappointment Manisha Jadhav and the almost irrepressible Laura Esteberio netted a goal each to hand Sea View yet another victory.

Meanwhile in an all-Fr Agnel contest,Priyanka Barreto scored three goals to lead Fr Agnel Red to a rousing 4-0 win against Fr Agnel Blue in another Women’s League contest. Shannon Fernandes scored the other goal.
