Who says art and fashion are worlds apart? Renu Bothra endeavours through her exhibition ‘Get Arty’ to make the worlds collide. The exhibition shows illustrations by Ayesha Broacha,a photographer by profession who also does fashion illustrations,as well as an extension of Broacha’s works on garments and accessories by Bothra. The latter a big fan of illustrations and pop art,decided to take the idea forward with a line of garments and accessories inspired by Broacha’s works.

Rock On
It is time to rock to some music in the city with rock bands like Indigo Children,Tempo Tantrik,Rosemary and Teddy Boy Kill at the Seagram’s Fuel Great Indian Rock. From progressive to alternative and psychedelic rock,these bands will dish out some interesting tracks over the weekend.

Today at Brass Monkey,Goregaon,on December 5 and at Vie Lounge,Juhu,on December 6,8 pm onwards

For those looking forward to a frothy and fun-filled evening,St Andrews Auditorium in Bandra West hosts a light-hearted and romantic play called Da Dating Truths. It presents the journey of a girl to meet her Mr Right while she encounters a number of Mr Wrongs. The two-hour play has Shekhar Suman as narrator while the cast including Vaibhavi Upadhyay,Raqesh Bapat,Amita Chandekar,and Karan Mehra render an energetic performance.
