No Green Signal Yet
It has been nearly three weeks since Maharashtra DGP Rajnish Seth was appointed the chairman of Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC).
However, he is yet to get a green signal from the state government to take charge. An informal suggestion was made to the government to give the additional charge of DGP to the next senior officer so that Seth could take up the new assignment.
However, the government said Seth should stay on till the government appoints a new DGP.
