“In 2019, Rahul Gandhi made the irresponsible statement of ‘Chowkidar Chor Hai’. The Congress was routed. In the coming days, people will take to the streets and give a befitting reply to Rahul Gandhi,” Shinde added.

Stating that Rahul Gandhi had no right to speak ill of PM Modi, the CM said, “The Congress leader could take out the Bharat Jodo Yatra because ruling parties believe in democracy. We don’t treat our political rivals as our enemies. Look at what the Congress leader did when he went abroad. He spoke against the PM. When the world is appreciating PM Modi, Rahul Gandhi is questioning and tarnishing his and the country’s image.”

Earlier, while addressing the media, Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis had outlined the constructive work done during the Budget session.
