Businessman, Andhra YouTuber booked for trespassing Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s wedding venue
According to the Mumbai police, the two men have been identified as Luqman Mohammad Shafi Shaikh, and Venkatesh Narsaiah Aluri

Two men have been recently booked on charges of gatecrashing businessman Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding venue at Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai.
The police said the two men were detained by the security personnel at the venue and they were allowed to go after notices were served to them.
According to the police, the two men have been identified as Luqman Mohammad Shafi Shaikh, 28, and Venkatesh Narsaiah Aluri, 26, and they were caught in two separate instances.
Shaikh is a businessman by profession while Aluri is a YouTuber from Andhra Pradesh.
“The two accused claimed that they had come to see the wedding owing to the hype. Aluri, who is a YouTuber, claims that he wanted to record and show the wedding on his channel,” an officer said.
As per the FIR, at around 10.40 am on Friday, security guard Aakash Yevaskar and his colleague noticed Aluri loitering near Pavilion 1 of the Centre.
“The two security personnel then questioned him and after initially giving evasive answers, Aluri identified himself as a YouTuber and revealed that he is from Andhra Pradesh,” said an officer adding, “It also came to light that Aluri had tried to enter the venue illegally from gate number 23, but as he did not have any invitation, he was not allowed to enter. Later, he somehow managed to trespass through gate number 19.”
The police said Aluri was requested to leave but as he kept harassing the security personnel there, he was brought to the police station and handed over for further legal action.
Similarly, Shaikh was caught by the security personnel at around 2.40 am on Saturday during a routine check on the first floor of the Jio World Centre.
“A security guard found that he was suspiciously roaming, following which they checked whether he had an invitation. But as he did not have one, he was handed over to the security manager. He revealed that he is from Palghar and had illegally entered from gate number 10,” said an officer.
Shaikh was subsequently asked to leave the premises, but as he did not obey the instructions, he was handed over to the BKC police.
“A case was registered under the relevant section of trespassing against the two men, following which they were served notice as per the provisions of the law. They were later allowed to go,” said an officer.
