Vyas takes charge as LIT Chairman

He referred to the pending works of LIT. Ashok Juneja,the previous chairman,had resigned a few days ago on health grounds.

Juneja,however,had stated that during his tenure he had completed more than 70 per cent of the pending works. But Vyas does not seem to be convinced with his idea as he said that pitch is very ‘rough’.

Many BJP and SAD leaders came to greet Vyas. They included Deputy Speaker Satpal Gosain,Chief Parliamentary Secretary Harish Rai Dhanda,former MP Sharanjit Singh Dhillon,Harish Bedi,MLA Ashwini Sharma and the BJP state unit president.
