Stakeholders in post-harvest sector meet to chalk out future plans

With an aim of providing platform to all stakeholders for effective research in the post-harvest sector,Central Institute of Post Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET) organised a Quinquennial Review Team (QRT) meeting on the institute campus on Wednesday.

“During the meeting,farm innovators suggested us to provide them assistance in patent filing,monitoring of quality standards,organic products certification,establishing of farm innovators’ club and sustained interaction with all stakeholders,” said Vice-Chancellor,Junagadh Agricultural University,Gujarat,Dr N C Patel,also chairman of QRT.
