Options galore for revellers

Satluj Club has planned to erect a huge stage,which according to the club owners will be similar to those set up to host Bollywood award ceremonies. Singer Harsh Deep,dance troupe Zenith will perform for the guests during the special event that will be anchored by Shelly Rakheja. “DJ Bhanu will add spirit to the evening. Lucky draws will be also held,” said Sanjeev Dhanda,general secretary of the club.

Lodhi Club,on the other hand,has erected a tunnel through which the guest will make entry to the main venue where a huge stage will be set up. Delhi-based singer Kajal Wadhwa will be performing in the evening along with a dance troupe.

At Hotel Park Plaza,DJs Mithila and Ash will be performing along with international bands and dance troupes at two venues in the hotel. “There will be lucky draws along with the live cooking,which no doubt will give guests a wonderful experience,” said Umesh Yadav,Food and Beverages Manager,Park Plaza.

Religious places are also equally enthusiastic about celebrating the New Year. Govind Godham at Hambran Road has arranged special langar and sankeertan on January 1. “Badev Krishan Jagadhari wale will recite bhajans of Lord Krishna,” said Sunder Dass Dhamija.
