From now on,loudspeakers to publicise regularisation policy in city

At A meeting held to review regularisation of colonies and plots whose date was extended till October 25 at normal rates and till November 5 with hiked rates,MC Commissioner Rahul Tewari on Tuesday ordered formation of two camps in each zone.

“With this,we will have eight camps in all along with four zonal offices and thus people can come at nearest site in their zone,” said Rajiv Saggar,from MC headquarters who attended the meeting at the commissioner’s residence.

Saggar added that while the commissioner appreciated “collection of Rs 23 crore till now”,he asked for adopting other ways till November 5 to spread awareness among people to get their plots regularised.

“Now we are planning to use loudspeakers in every colony and area to publicise this as pamphlets have already been distributed,” he added.
