Children to be roped in for community work

Aagaz Charitable Foundation will now rope in little children for community work.

Under a project that began recently on Teachers Day,the Ludhiana-based NGO set up a club in Blossoms Convent School,Jagraon,with the main purpose of spreading social awareness among students through the various learning projects like tree plantations,cultural programmes,various festival celebrations,discussing environmental issues,road safety awareness programmes and so on. Such activities would further strengthen the bond between students and teachers.

Aagaz coordinator Preeti Kansal informed,The earlier we start the better. Under this club the students will be made aware about their responsibilities towards society. Aagaz is a NGO working for the upliftment and empowerment of women and children in rural areas and underprivileged in urban areas.

The basic aim of this NGO is to work towards creating a humane and congenial society where our future generations can live in peace and harmony,radiating happiness all around. Hence our the motto We Care For our Future Generations, adds Preeti.
