The blind murder case of Sumit Kumar,a resident of Jawaddi Khurd,was solved after police arrested Vikas Talwar,the main accused,on Tuesday.

Kumar was murdered in November 2011. According to Police Commissioner P S Gill,after murdering him,Sumit had thrown his body into Sidhwan canal near Doraha.

Till now six accused have been arrested while 12 had been named in the FIR. The other five arrested are Gurmeet Singh,Suneet,Sahil Sethi,Sanjay Nishawar and Rajwant Singh.
