Man hangs self after killing two

A 60-year-old businessman,allegedly committed suicide after killing his wife Prabharani (50) and daughter-in-law Rudripya (22),at his residence in Faizabad district on Monday afternoon.

A 60-year-old businessman,allegedly committed suicide after killing his wife Prabharani (50) and daughter-in-law Rudripya (22),at his residence in Faizabad district on Monday afternoon.

The police said a suicide note has been recovered in which Krishna Kumar Agarwal,a VHP worker,has admitted to have killed his wife and daughter-in-law.

The police suspect incident took place due to family dispute.

The body of Krishna Kumar was found hanging from a fan.

While Prabharani had injury marks of a blunt object on her head and Rudripya died because of strangulation.

The incident came to light when Krishna’s son Prabhat came home and found a note requesting to call police pasted on the main door of the house.

He informed the police who entered the house after breaking window panes.

“ Prabhat told us that there was a family dispute in the house,” said SSP,Faizabad,RKS Rathore.
