BJP is attacking composite culture of country: SP chief Akhilesh Yadav
“The people are fed up with the oppression and excesses of the BJP and are determined to defeat the BJP. Everyone has faith in Samajwadi Party,” Akhilesh said.

Samajwadi Party president and Leader of the Opposition in the state Assembly Akhilesh Yadav Tuesday said that the “BJP is a party of hatred and conspiracy and attacking the composite culture of the country”.
Speaking at the meeting of its minority unit and national working committee Tuesday, the SP chief said, “The BJP is a party of hatred and conspiracy. Apart from attacking the composite culture of the country, the party has worked to divide society. BJP defames Samajwadi Party and its leadership. BJP is an expert in changing the meaning of real issues. BJP is full of loot and corruption.”
“The people are fed up with the oppression and excesses of the BJP and are determined to defeat the BJP. Everyone has faith in Samajwadi Party,” Akhilesh said.
Those present at the meeting were party national general secretary Shivpal Yadav, Maharashtra Legislative Assembly member Abu Azmi, MP ST Hasan, former MLA and senior leader Azam Khan’s son Abdullah Azam Khan and Devendra Singh Khalsa, among others.
Speaking after the conclusion of the meeting, Maharashtra MLA Abu Azmi said that the “BJP wants to create division in the minority community as well”.
“(By talking of) Pasmandas, they want to create a division in the minority community as well. Everyone is troubled. We all met here and decided to strengthen the INDIA coalition. Our target is to win at least 60 seats for the alliance,” said Azmi.
“The BJP is a party that conspires…. They get ink thrown at people, and get ‘Pakistan zindabad’ slogans raised…. This will result in hatred,” he said.
“The minority community is ready. SP constitutes the biggest vote bank of the minority community. Now, they are misleading people. The SP will tell the public about the work it did between 2012 and 2017 when it was in power,” he added.
