April 23 Agra murder: Man who runs Cow Raksha Dal among three arrested
The police have registered one more FIR against unidentified persons for spreading videos on social media.

Five days after the murder of a 21-year-old biryani seller in Agra’s Tajganj area, the police claimed to have arrested three people—two for involvement in the murder and one for posting a video of the two shooters, who stated that the killing was a retribution for the Pahalgam attack.
Two of the accused—Priyansh Yadav, 21, and Shivam Bhagel, 20 —have been arrested for allegedly shooting Gulfam Ali and his co-worker Sai Ali at their eatery, located just 1.5 km away from the Taj Mahal, on the night of April 23.
Manoj Chaudhary, 25, who is facing a murder case and also runs a “Cow Raksha Dal”, has been arrested for posting the video on his social media account to create tension between communities, police said and added all the three accused have previous criminal records.

Agra Police Commissioner Deepak Kumar, in a press conference, stated that they have arrested three individuals in connection with the murder, but one, Pushpendra Baghel, is still at large.
“Priyansh and Shivam were arrested following an exchange of fire between our SIT team… One SIT contable was also injured in the firing,” police said.
Kumar said the murder was a fallout of a personal grudge. “They made a video to capitalise on the Pahalgam killings and the Maharana Sanga controversy,” he said.
