Not expecting Didi to come out any sooner,they were in a hurry to be the first ones to put up her speech,ad verbatim,on various social networking sites and upload the video of the CMs speech on Youtube. Its simply hilarious. You should see the number of hits one can get within half an hour of putting it up.
