Sources in the CID said that till now, Ruia has been questioned regarding the equipment, machinery and documents that had gone missing from the factory.
“We are asking him where had he disposed of the equipment, who else are involved… With whose support had he removed equipment from the factory… However, Ruia has so far been firm on the fact that he has no knowledge about anything that had happened inside Jessop,” said a CID official.
“We needed to interrogate him thoroughly, so we sought 14 days of custody. We are happy that court has heard us. Ruia will surely divulge information sooner or later,” said another official.
