Meanwhile,the police have sent the foetus of the minor victim to the Central Forensic Science Laboratory,Hyderabad,for determination of the age and for DNA profiling. “We need to know the age of the foetus and we also need to know who was the father. The victim in her dying statement had taken names of two persons who had set her on fire. We will investigate if the criminals were already aware about her pregnancy. At present we are waiting for the report,” said a senior official of Bidhannagar police commissionerate under which the airport police station falls.
