Kolkata Metro cuts services on Blue, Green Lines for Chhath Puja: Check the first and last train timings here

Normal services will continue on the Yellow, Orange, and Purple Lines, Metro officials said.

Kolkata Metro Railway will operate lesser number of trains on the Blue and Green Lines on Monday, October 27, on the occasion of Chhath Puja, the officials said.

On the Blue Line Metro will run 236 services (118 up and 118 down) instead of 272. The first trains will start at 6:50 a.m. from Noapara to Shahid Khudiram, and 6:54 a.m. from Shahid Khudiram to Dakshineswar. The last services will depart at 9:28 p.m. from Dakshineswar to Shahid Khudiram and 9:33 p.m. in the opposite direction.

On the Green Line, 186 services (93 up and 93 down) will operate instead of 226. The first train will leave Howrah Maidan at 6:30 a.m. for Salt Lake Sector V, while the first service in the reverse direction will start at 6:32 a.m., earlier than the usual 6:39 a.m. The last trains will depart at 9:45 p.m. from Howrah Maidan and 9:47 p.m. from Salt Lake Sector V.

At 21:33 hrs. from Shahid Khudiram to Dakshineswar (No Change)
At 21:43 hrs. from Shahid Khudiram to Dum Dum (No Change)

GREEN LINE

First Service:

At 06:30 hrs. from Howrah Maidan to Salt Lake Sector V (No Change)
At 06:32 hrs. from Salt Lake Sector V to Howrah Maidan (Instead of 06:39 hrs.)
