Accolades won’t stop raining on Priyanka Chopra. After hoarding award after award in the country,the actor is set to receive the Nielsen Box Office Award for Outstanding Contribution to Asian films. The award will be presented by The Hollywood Reporter during the 3rd Annual Asian Film Awards on March 23rd. The Asian Film Awards,which recognises professionals for outstanding achievements in the field of Asian cinema,will be held as part of the 33rd Hong Kong International Film Festival at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Chopra is only the second such recipient. She joins acclaimed Hong Kong star Andy Lau,who received the inaugural award at the 2007 ceremony. Priyanka is indeed in exalted company.

The latest in town is Koena Mitra,a self-confessed Playstation 3 addict. “Catch me if you can” seems to have become the actress’s slogan — not only when she rides her bikes ,but also when it comes to playing the games. Whether she’s playing racing games,flying high or shooting bullets,it’s difficult to match Koena’s pace.

Minissha Lamba has found a new hobby. Instead of the normal workout routine of sweating it out in the gym,Minissha is learning squash these days. The pretty actress is currently shooting for Shyam Benegal’s Abba Ka Kuan in Hyderabad and is having quite a time. We hear that the actress goes to play squash everyday for two hours after her shoot is over and is very happy with her progress. That’s a fun and effective way of burning calories.
