Two men shot dead inside salon in Southwest Delhi
An employee opens a door, comes out, sees the man, and runs back inside.

Two men were shot dead inside a salon in Southwest Delhi’s Najafgarh on Friday evening, officers said. Purported CCTV footage of the incident surfaced on social media where one of the victims could be seen pleading with the attackers before he was shot in the head at point-blank range. An employee opens a door, comes out, sees the man, and runs back inside.
According to DCP (Dwarka) Ankit Kumar, they received a PCR call at Najafgarh police station wherein the caller said a person had been shot in a salon at Indra Park. Another call was received at Mohan Garden police station regarding two persons being admitted to a hospital with gunshot wounds.
Said the DCP, “The men, Sonu and Ashish, succumbed to their injuries. Crime and FSL teams are at the spot.”
The DCP said they did not work at the salon. Sonu made a living from rental income. Ashish has two previous criminal cases against him, said police.
Police said while Sonu was shot in the head once, Ashish received three bullet injuries in his head and one in his chest.
A senior police officer said, “Prima facie, the motive appears to be personal enmity… we have identified the two shooters from CCTV footage… they came on a motorcycle and shot the two men, who were sitting inside the salon, in the presence of employees. They then fled. We are questioning the family members of the deceased to ascertain the exact motive.”
