Around 11.15 pm, LBS hospital received a call regarding another stab victim, identified as Yash, also a resident of Mandawali.Two persons were stabbed by a group comprising juveniles in two different places in East Delhi on Saturday night in what the police claim were related attacks. Five juveniles were apprehended and two arrested, police said.
“A PCR call was received at 10.56 pm on November 8 at Mandawali police station regarding an incident of stabbing near Talab Chowk, Mandawali, The caller said that five –six people had attacked his brother with a knife. A team immediately reached the spot and found that the victim, Kissu alias Krishna, and his friend Mohit — both residents of Mandawali — had been attacked. Krishna had sustained a stab injury on the left thigh and was rushed to a hospital,” DCP (East) Abhishek Dhania said.
Around 11.15 pm, LBS hospital received a call regarding another stab victim, identified as Yash, also a resident of Mandawali. Yash had sustained injuries on the right side of his chest.
“Police teams conducted multiple raids in Mandawali, but the accused had fled. The police then raided a house in Arthala and seven people, including two juveniles, were nabbed in the early hours of Sunday — while they were preparing to flee to Bijnor by bus,” an officer said.
