At the Zen Serena Spa at the Hotel Metropolitan,Jesper Hougaard is thrilled after bagging the Best Hotel Spa prize at the recent Asia Spa and Wellness awards. “More and more people are heading for spa treatments,because it’s not a major monetary investment like buying a car. We’re introducing a lifestyle program this month,based on a microbiotic diet,” says Hougaard.

Spas in the NCR have also caught on the summer rush. The newly opened R The Spa at the Radisson Hotel on NH 8 has exotic named suites such as the White Lotus Couple Suite with the Vichy Shower combined with the Hamam Bed.
